Shipping Policy

At Blume & Glow, each order is carefully packed and shipped with intention. Please review the information below so you know what to expect.

Processing Time

All candles are hand-poured in small batches. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment.
Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, launches, or high-volume periods.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100 (before taxes and discounts).


Local Delivery

We’re happy to offer free local delivery for customers in select nearby areas.

  • Local delivery availability will appear at checkout if your address qualifies

  • Orders placed with local delivery will be delivered within 1–3 business days after processing

  • You’ll receive a confirmation once your order is out for delivery

If you’re unsure whether your address qualifies for local delivery, feel free to reach out before placing your order.


Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after processing and may vary by carrier:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: delivery times vary by carrier

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays outside of our control.


Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Blume & Glow is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@blumeandglow.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We’ll review the issue and are happy to offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, Blume & Glow is not responsible for lost or delayed packages. However, if there is an issue with delivery, please reach out — we’re always happy to help you locate your package or file a claim.
